呢度嘅牛肉串燒發揮相當出色,非常腍身同軟滑,👧🏻👦🏻人一串都覺得唔夠食😆!至於比較貴價嘅A4宮崎和牛,燒烤後都眼見其雪花紋路😍,入口油脂咇出嚟真係食得令人相當滿足🥰!

🌟燒雞軟骨//鹽燒原塊雞皮//黑松露烤雞
雞軟骨烤得脆口,口感好好咬口;鹽燒原塊雞皮燒到脆卜卜,入邊既油分已經逼曬出嚟,食落一啲都唔膩,咬落脆口一流;烤雞串燒面層鋪滿黑松露醬,咬落雞肉鮮嫩多汁,估唔到份量好足!

墨魚滑食落滑口,墨魚滑入面加左粒粒香甜既粟米🌽同墨魚肉🦑,配上起曬沙嘅咸蛋黃既蛋香同香蒜味簡直係提升左一個層次,建議黎到必點!

蟹膏燒飯團🍙嘅飯團混入飯素,食得出有好香濃嘅鰹魚味,飯團各面都燒得香脆有飯焦。而蟹膏份量十分慷慨,鮮味十足,係最佳澱粉質之選!
而睇落簡單平凡嘅蜜糖燒芋頭,芋頭質素相當高,綿密又重芋頭味,蜜糖🍯薄薄一層,唔會搶咗主角風頭!
明太子燒厚揚豆腐先炸過再烤,豆腐幾重豆味👍🏻,外層香脆,就咁食可能會覺得比較Dry,當然配埋鹹香嘅明太子醬就啱啱好!

🌟黃皮金蛋潮州茶//爆打香水檸檬茶
飲品方面黃皮金蛋潮州茶混入咗唔少打爛成碎嘅黃皮果皮,冇咩澀味,茶底濃淡適中。而爆打香水檸檬茶帶有香水檸檬🍋味清香又唔會太酸,兩款飲品食完串燒解油膩一流!
