To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到位於荃灣既The 5B Private Corner，依間Cafe係工廈入面，位置都幾隱世架。Cafe有提供board game俾客人玩，一邊食野一邊同朋友玩board game都幾享受呀。冰梅清酒浸串茄（+38）依個配搭幾有心思，串茄去皮再用左糖去中和清酒既苦味。西班牙風乾火腿拼蜜瓜（+48）蜜瓜幾多汁，風腿火腿亦都有咸香味。法式羊架配薄荷醬（$198）薯仔煮得好香脆，調味亦都好足夠。羊架煮得剛剛好，好多肉汁，肉質亦都幾軟，配上薄荷醬黎依就最岩啦。白酒煮梨（$48）梨調得酸酸甜甜，雲尼拿雪糕同梨一齊食就可以中和返個甜味。抺茶芝士蛋糕蛋糕入口好滑，抺茶味都幾濃郁。今餐晚餐既食物都整得幾精緻，以Cafe既標準黎講，有唔少食物都整得好靚，食完野仲可以玩陣board game同朋友聚舊。
