Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 撞鬼!周圍都訂不到地方食飯,點同朋友交代。難道開年飯要去食快餐,來一客咖喱牛腩飯? 終於都要使出茅招,才在尖沙咀的潮庭留了張靚檯,感謝集團高層朋友的關照。裝潢典雅,走的是高檔路線,感覺比潮江春更勝一籌。收工趕到,大概七時多,確實是全場爆滿,熱鬧非常,我那張檯肯定是專門留出來的了。柯打了食物後,大家來喝杯功夫茶,互祝來年事事順心,口福不絕。餐前小食方面,精緻的器皿裡頭的,都是豆干、青瓜、花生和潮州酸菜等東西,全是我的至愛,特別是潮州酸菜,十分醒胃,我是吃不停口。正當要把第二碟小食清掉之時,冷盤的豬腳凍已準備好。挺喜歡啫喱狀的食品,貪其感覺清新,這兒的豬腳凍當然做到這個效果,又不會淡而無味,且滲出少許酒香,是很好的開場白。接下來是幾款熱食,首先有鳳梨醬燒蝦球,單看盤頭已令人食慾大增。蝦球頗為巨大,外脆內爽鮮,醬汁不會很厚很杰,剛好的掛在蝦身,吃起來開胃之餘,亦不會過份地奪去蝦肉本身的味道。還有旁邊的鳳梨,是新鮮菠蘿來的,值得加分。中間的青瓜片和玫瑰花瓣,可食用的,但大家也沒有去碰。另一味豆醬雞,半隻已夠。先夾件雞胸,仍不會韌,那就大可放心,其他部位自然更加嫩滑,我當然是雞皮亦不會錯過。豆醬

家鄉釀豆腐,是清清地的一道。豆腐很滑,但就是預期中的沒有豆香,中間釀的魚肉很好吃。湯底之下,是大量的蘿蔔絲,大大疏的放入口,清甜,如果可以再腍身一點,會是完美。

茶樹菇桂花魚大概是該集團獨有的產品,做法其實很有心思,先是桂肉片嫩滑,肉絲又是軟腍,加埋茶樹菇的爽和香,三者夾著一齊食,口感佳,亦可彌補桂花魚本身沒魚味的問題,我欣賞。

再來便是重點,甜品環節。店方先送上一款仍未上市的綠茶布甸給我們品嚐,是點心總廚在日本專門帶回來的綠茶粉,既有騰騰震的質感,口感是相當的幼滑,綠茶味道醇厚芳香,是我吃過最好的綠茶產品之一,真想encore,希望快點可以上市。

千層咖啡糕的賣相又是一絕。朋友無聊的在數,足足有十二層,而且沒有太多高低粗幼的分野,精細到不得了,絕對是花心機花時間的製作。吃時,咖啡香滿溢,卻仍能保持清新的感覺,是必吃的甜點。

之後兩款就是我的至愛。芋泥看上去比較濕,但質感很滑,甜得多亦有芋香,雖然是漏,我亦在不停地吃,我是甜魔嘛。頂頭的銀杏跟芋泥又是十分之匹配,現在說起也想再來一碗。

不能錯過的還有招牌的潮式甜品反沙芋,糖是上得幾好,更有蔥香,只怪大家顧住傾計,放涼了才吃,令質感有點變硬,但味道仍是不錯的。唉,如果趁熱食,我敢肯定又會是令人傾倒的出色甜品

最後把功夫茶喝完,大家抱腹而回。謝謝店方的細心安排,是極滿意的一餐。
