今天收工時到達餐廳已經接近晚上十一點了,問問職員是否還接生意,雖然接近收工時間,但仍很願意招待我們,我們點了一碟燒鵝飯和乳豬切雞飯, 燒鵝有很濃的煙燻味,原來是用荔枝柴燒的,燒鵝皮非常香脆,肉很嫩滑多汁,而且加了咸酸菜在飯中,和燒鵝很配, 加上此餐廳毫不吝嗇,大大樽燒鵝酸甜醬任你享用,乳豬也不錯, 皮脆肉嫩,切雞就普通一般,略嫌雞肉鞋左啲,無嫩滑感覺,相對比較遜色,此餐廳的燒味質素整體上都很好,燒鵝最為出色,果然是燒鵝專門店😉
