今日同男朋友搵野食嘅時候,見到莆田舉辦緊紅菇節,我哋對啲菇類都幾有興趣,而且個燉雞湯好似都幾吸引,就入左去喇。淨係睇呢個莆田10醉嘅menu都已經夠吸引!<蝦苗拌頭水紫菜,$52>首先有個前菜,呢個水紫菜酸酸地幾開胃幾好食。<百秒黃花魚,$69>呢個黃花魚整得好滑,而且本身條魚都好新鮮,食落又鮮甜又滑!<紅菇燉土雞,$198>今日嘅主角,紅菇燉土雞!一放底已經有陣陣嘅雞湯香味。飲落個湯好清,不過略嫌咸左少少。<酥炒芋芯,$89>芋芯由糖漿包住拎去炒,所以個皮脆脆地,而芋頭好粉,一咬落去外面脆得嚟又有少少黐入面就好粉,都幾好食。
