今晚放左工約左朋友交收,順便黎到尖沙咀就品嚐一下福建既菜色:米芝蓮一星既餐廳到底係點架呢?去到餐廳🍴都幾滿下,好彩仲有一張梳化位,店員就安排左我地去坐,有茶水供應同埋有一碟涼拌,酸酸地幾開胃,睇完menu 就叫左5碟菜式!分別有:海蠣叫左2款因做緊promotion ;福建特色海蠣煎,咁岩係海蠣旺季,所以海蠣都特別好味道,用海蠣配煎蛋整到好似pizza形狀,煎得好甘香;而九層塔香燜海蠣好惹味,九層塔帶出種味同海蠣都幾match,仲有d蒜頭爆香埋一齊炒出海蠣既鮮味!😋😋 百秒黃花魚來頭就勁啦!統計過每一百秒就賣出一條,真係條黃花魚肉好鮮甜同好滑,又唔會有太多碎骨,仲可以飲埋係底既魚湯!而個興化炒米粉就係呢度既招牌菜色,米粉比新竹米粉更幼細,一定要配埋辣媽秘製醬一齊食,酸酸辣辣咁,略帶少咸焦香味道,米氣十足!最後就有酥炒芋芯,外表有層焦糖,外脆內軟,芋頭味香濃,不過食左2-3舊就開始有d飽既感覺!唔怪之得咁多人慕名而來食下出色既福建菜!👍👍+++++++++++++++如果大家喜歡💕我寫既食評,麻煩比個❤️鼓勵一下我,我會寫更多更好既食評比大家!😊
