莆田,源自新加坡,其在香港銅鑼灣分店已經連續九年榮獲米芝蓮必比登推薦餐廳!冬天凍凍哋,最想食多啲暖胃嘅中菜。閩南五香卷一道新菜式,以豆皮包住肉餡,餡內有脆馬蹄,做法係先蒸後炸,外酥裡嫩。福建特色海蠣煎即煎蠔餅,蛋香味重,有配搭自製蝦醬辣椒醬。做法唔似平時食開嘅潮式蠔餅咁多粉。家燒海帶苗海帶苗幼嫩又滑,中菜館比較少見,加入雞湯,鹹鮮十足。大白菜燉釀豆腐主要有黃心大白菜同埋莆田自家製豆腐,以大骨煲湯熬製8小時,飲多幾碗都唔覺有味精。陳皮燉雪梨原個雪梨有陳皮味道,食完即時感到好滋潤。
