最近元朗新開咗間西餐廳,餐廳走型格路線,落地玻璃令採光度十足,感覺開揚舒適😌店員殷勤有禮,會主動介紹餐廳招牌菜式,點餐後又會送上麵包,麵包有3款,每款口感都唔同,可配黑醋及橄欖油同食。🍝蒜片辣椒新鮮鑽石蜆扁意粉($152)鑽石蜆有8隻,蜆肉都幾新鮮厚肉,扁意粉與蒜片辣椒同煮都幾惹味,但味道相對較辣,嗜辣者應該會鍾意😌🐷特色乳豬卷釀香草豬肉洋薏米·蘋果酸辣醬·鼠尾草燒汁($188)乳豬卷外層金黃香脆,包住與洋薏米混和嘅碎豬肉,食落香口豐富,配埋鼠尾草燒汁,味道幾特別;伴碟嘅千層焗薯忌廉味香濃,蘋果酸辣醬則可減輕膩感,菜式有驚喜亦有創意😋
