To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚開完會，做到冇停，放工真係要比個腦休息下，食餐好既係必須吧！係厚福街超多野食，比我揀我想食西野，就揀左呢間。好，坐低睇下有咩好食先。Starter包包都有三款，羅勒味既餅乾條，好特別。竹炭包外脆內軟，牛角包鬆脆有軟熟。低溫慢煮法國雞胸日式年糕伴黑松露蕃茄汁，第一次食雞胸可以用爽彈來形容，冇諗過雞胸都咁好食。年糕好煙韌，個汁係蕃茄辣汁，超開胃，切到細細粒既蕃茄連蕃茄蓉，連個汁都有口感。宇治抹茶朱奶朱古力，嘆杯朱古力relaxing 朱古力心太軟伴雪糕，心太軟正確食法，食得乾淨又elegant！濃郁朱古力漿和軟綿綿蛋糕，幸福感爆燈。
