To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家在附近,故亦間中幫趁,這裏的客人不多,坐得較舒適。這裏的招牌米線,是各式原條魚配米線,但我沒試過。每次選的配料,都是魚腐和魚餅之類,正如其他食評所言,質素只是普通。試過點鮮蝦韮菜餃米線,卻覺得韮菜餃做得不錯,大隻而美味。今次嘗試蜜汁豬扒菜飯,因上次見過其他客人食,賣相頗為吸引。送上來時,菜飯仍然熱辣辣,豬扒亦像是剛炸好。菜飯的蔬菜算多,亦不油膩,十分合我意,最怕食到油淋淋的菜飯,味道再好也扣分。豬扒份量不少,細塊的似乎炸過了頭,表面看有點乾。入口卻頗鬆化,醃得亦入味,十分好吃。所謂「蜜汁」,是碟的一角放了酸甜汁,有少少辣,與豬扒的味道很夾,但不點亦已夠味。今次這個是下午茶套餐,菜飯連飲品$39,感到滿意。
