7-1 回歸日,港島北一帶的交通比較混亂。為了避開車龍人潮,特意避走西區享用晚膳。「百味鮮辣蟹專門店」是一間以辣蟹作招牌美食的中菜館。即日午膳時間訂枱,準備晚上七時入座,獲告知要 90 分鐘內還枱,並鼓勵提早抵達。小編明白小店難處,也不介意接受這些條件。不過,當小編提早半小時到場後又未能安排入座,實在令人有點不滿! 返回正題,小編一行六大兩小,共點選了七餸一湯。飯菜以海鮮為主,先來的「胡椒酸菜骨腩湯」,味溫辛辣,有點胡椒豬肚湯的影子。湯中投入了魚骨腩,雖不太適宜直接享用,但對湯汁添甜有一定功效。 「金銀蒜蒸蟶子皇」用上的蟶子都算大隻肉厚,口感爽彈,只可惜金銀蒜汁調味稍鹹,影響了最終評分。「砵酒酥炸蠔」是全晚最佳之作,蠔肉飽滿,經炸煮後食感外脆內軟,蠔味濃鮮。再加上點滴酒香,令人回味。到訪辣蟹專門店,小編當然對其招牌「避風塘炒蟹」有點期待。只可惜蟹肉肉質很「削」,不論鮮味及避風塘風味也力有不逮,評分不及格。 桂魚片本味清淡,所以不要寄望「濃湯泡桂魚片」有濃香的魚味,單論軟滑感都算對辦。「冰鎮咕嚕骨」聽聞是餐廳的招牌菜,以冰鎮配以乾冰煙霧方式呈上,富不俗的視覺效果。吃這道菜最緊要盡快享用
