Restaurant: Salaam Namaste Curry House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

菠菜蓉燴芝士粒好味道

呢間印度菜真係正，今晚叫咗三個餸，三個都好食，當中我自己最鍾意嘅就係菠菜蓉燴印度芝士，呢個餸係大廚推介我地試嘅，果然冇介紹錯。好明顯綠色嗰啲就係菠菜蓉啦，入邊有啲印度芝士粒，同平時啲芝士好唔同嘅，有少少煙人同埋個口感有少少似上海烤麩，撈埋之後感覺都幾清新，點印度薄餅最正。呢度我嘅印度薄餅都唔錯，即叫即做。呢個印度牛油咖喱雞都好味道，印象中好似第一次食到唔辣嘅咖喱，好多香料好好食。呢個印度無骨烤魚味道都唔錯，有炭燒嘅香味，又唔會燒到好乾。我哋仲試咗呢個印度芒果奶昔，味道都OK，係甜咗少少。
