To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣開始涼,又係打邊爐既時候,除左平時食嘅火鍋,今次我嘅選擇係:烤魚呢到烤魚都有成七款,因為食唔到太辣,所以我哋選擇咗爆漿鳳梨香辣豆花烤魚,BB辣,小麻。另外,叫左木耳同埋兩杯野飲。烤魚黎到,個賣相已經好吸引。我哋選江團魚,冇乜骨,啖啖肉。入面嘅配菜有菠蘿,紫洋蔥,豆腐花,薯粉,萵筍,芫荽,芽菜。雖然上檯已經係熟嘅,但建議食住小食等煲耐少少,等入邊嘅配菜更入味。菠蘿就咁食好甜,食到最尾會越食越辣,再食菠蘿可以中和辣味雲耳唔辣,麻油味,加咗少少醋,好開胃,同埋呢款前菜份量好多先賣$48,好抵食嗌咗兩杯嘢飲,我個杯係西柚乳酸爆珠梳打,唔太甜少冰。食辣嘢嗰陣飲返杯凍嘅超爽。
