Delaney's Wanchai (Closed)

Hostesses are really impolite. We stood at the entrances and waited for unreasonable amount of time before anyone came to us, even though we had eye contacts with 3 hostesses. When serving, no hospitality at all. Never used any magic words, not even please and thank you, not even at the time we paid. And, for no reason, I wanted to pay any tips. Locals are not welcome? My spoken English is more fluent than those old and ugly hostesses.
