To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日, 仍然是工作天. 是日要到維園負責嘉年華的攤位, 11點左右便到了天后站.難得來到港島區, 天后出名的食肆更是不少, 之前聽過這家的牛腩相當有名,  趁時候尚早, 門口還未出現人龍, 一於來碗牛腩米粉當Brunch.點了食物以後,  不消一會, 食物便上桌.  不負清湯腩的美名, 呷一口麵湯, 那是清甜的牛蔔腩湯底, 可以嘗到當中那白蘿蔔的鮮甜.   鋪在米粉上面的牛腩, 咬下一口,  亦算鬆化.    可能不是熟客, 不然我會再點上 坑腩或肥腩, 因為略嫌這碗的牛腩有點偏瘦, 欠了點牛脂的油香, 加上去的話, 相當會加分不少.  但總體而言,  還是水準以上的麵食. 簡單的上午, 美好的食物, 為一天的工作來個好預備
