To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

8月2日（星期日）中午，女友學完琴來找我，我便約她在天后，順道帶她去吃想試已久的「華姐」。這個時候來吃，人客固然多，但幸好不用等位，而且來這裡吃，不要在意環境如何，祇轉注在食物上就可以了！看過餐牌後，我要腩肚伊，女友就要咖哩牛腩河，再要一碗腩汁蘿蔔。腩汁蘿蔔：份量頗多，而且每件蘿蔔都很大件，蘿蔔爽滑無渣，味道清甜，可惜我卻吃不到有腩汁的存在；腩肚伊：坑腩依舊嫩滑不韌，肉味濃郁，金錢肚亦軟腍爽口，且很入味；湯底很清淡，但嚐不到牛味和甜味，伊麵煮得軟硬度適中，有嚼勁；咖哩牛腩河：咖哩汁祇得“香辣”，味道卻一點也不辣，牛腩同樣嫩滑軟腍，河粉入口爽滑，不錯。我倆同樣叫了杯凍豆漿，夠凍且帶淡淡的豆香，消暑解渴。吃過「華姐」很多次，水準依然穩定，在我心目中其位置早已取代了「九記」！
