到上環PMQ參觀完畢,打算坐巴士回家去,經過上環永樂街時記得海味街一帶有很多老字號的參茸海味店,現在正值大閘蟹當造的季節,就決定買幾隻回家與家人一起享用!紅色招牌的廣隆行遠遠已能吸引途人注意,見到店員正在把大閘蟹放進雪櫃內,大閘蟹相當新鮮且眼仔bling bling,就選了每斤$240 的大蟹,兩雄兩雌的,還貼心地附上蟹醋、紫蘇葉、紅糖&薑,以及小卡,教導客人如何煮來吃呢!先把蟹洗刷乾淨 (不需解水草),置於有蓋的沸水鍋中 (蟹肚向上,少許紫蘇草放於水中) 隔水蒸約20mins即可. 先吃雌蟹,內裡的蟹膏相當多,雖然蟹膏比較硬身,但甘香甜味!再來的就是公蟹,雖然仍未到農曆十月,但現在的公蟹都那麼多膏,蟹膏甘香鮮甜,相當軟滑,沾上蟹醋,更能提味. 真是各有各捧場客呢! 與家人簡簡單單的在家吃大閘蟹已經很快樂 上環永樂街119 號地下2851 6821
