To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行完工展會去食華姐清湯腩,是第二次光顧,見華姐燙了個靚髮, 不論熟客與否華姐同樣主動打招呼。座無虛席,需等候約五分鐘才可安座。清湯腩$22碗,一家四口來了坑腩河、爽腩河各二碗,自製雙拼....湯底清甜,坑腩味美,爽腩甘香....但爽腩份量有點兒不足,坑腩份量一碗多一碗少.....是生意太好原故吧! 可理解! 蘿白清甜無渣,荳漿香濃少甜! 正!下次一定再來!
