To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身同家人想去沙田翠園飲下午茶,點知去到發現圍左板話裝修到11月下旬,所以轉去隔離食新裝修後嘅北京樓,睇下有無咩大分別。新裝修開揚過之前,間隔、餐具都靚左好多,環境算幾好 同家人叫左幾個點心同飯試下,有蝦餃、叉燒腸、菠蘿酥焗餐包、黑糖馬拉糕及瑤柱蛋白炒飯,叉燒腸,餐包都係普通味道,無乜特別,不過不失。蛋白炒飯份量同味道都係一般水準。其中蝦餃同馬拉糕落單後40分鐘都未有,所以追單,追單後有馬粒糕黎,份量係好細件,個籠已經唔係大,食落無黑糖味 唔係幾好食。由於蝦餃追極單都無,所以專登搵到左個黑衫經理級嘅男人追單,呢個時候已經係落單後50分鐘,但男經理話:「廚房依家好混亂,廚房有單就有單,無左單就無架啦,無就幫你取消囉」聽到後同家人都有啲驚訝,新裝修後硬件應該升級左,相信應該比之前更好,但竟然聽到經理呢個答覆 雖然蝦餃最後終於有得食,蝦餃內嘅蝦雖然大隻但整體味道好淡,而呢度點心價錢唔係話好平,一間集團式嘅酒樓竟然會咁答個客,覺得服務好差,加上經常無侍應幫手沖水,次次都要等好耐先有侍應幫手沖水,下午2點05分入座,3點15分已經問仲加唔加單,感覺好想摧你走,一定唔會再幫襯,貼錢買難受 臨走前去

臨走前去洗手間,
由於酒樓已經熄左主要嘅燈,
已經好暗,
第一次黎呢度洗手間所以出黎嗰陣行錯路去錯左廚房嗰面,
即刻俾個西裝經理喝住,
當堂嚇一嚇,
行錯左姐,
使唔使咁惡呀?

唔使錢都唔會再黎
