To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 坐深航無好嘢食,於是選了這裡回一回氣只有半滿,被派了一張枱坐下,雖然不忙,但貫徹了我在其他分店有過的經驗 ,服務水平是minimal,雖然有收加一。首先,我們先后有店長與服務員招呼坐下,但也僅此而已。茶要問,餐牌要問,要多拿一個餐牌更要一問再問!陳醋西芹拌黑木耳(38):那黑木耳應有修剪過,很順眼,西芹可以多一點,夏日吃又爽又涼快酒糟蛋(28):孤陋寡聞,第一次聽也是第一次吃 ,酒香味恰到好處,溏心蛋黃也是心思之作,我嫌稍咸但同伴說沒問題醉豬手(45):這個酒香又不同,是一般醉雞的味道,豬手做得非常爽口,完全沒有一點膩滯上海小籠包(28):size比鼎泰豐大,同樣可以盪下盪下菜肉雲吞湯(35):湯沒得評,應是加料鷄粉湯,雲吞皮是接近港式的薄皮,餡料也是調較得比較淡口,建議盡快吃,因雲吞皮發漲得頗快水煮牛肉拉麵(46):辣度做得很好,牛肉也滑雪菜牛粒粉絲湯(38):雪菜色仍青翠,牛粒真的只是非常小粒粒,味道一般般,但強烈建議盡快吃,以免粉絲發漲麻婆豆腐(48):比平常吃的深色,味道甜多過辣,不算好味,只有豆腐很滑滑加回一點分數
