To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過橋米線(酸辣)試過幾間譚仔, 呢間算係最貴, 40蚊先有一個過橋米線套餐。而且米線份量比較少, 平時同好朋友share, 每人都食到3碗, 但今次食左兩碗就得返d"送", 其實"送"既份量係正常又無特別差, 只係嫌炸醬真係太少, 我諗得一湯匙。呢d都未足以比喊臉, 我地明明叫左酸辣湯底, 張單都寫明加左$1. 但黎到既時候似清湯, 飲落去唔酸又唔辣, 似被騙多d...土匪雞翼間間都差不多水準, 雞翼又香, 醃得又入味, 無得彈凍檸茶(+$5)比旺角總店平一蚊, 質素一般, d茶無咩紅茶味, 得個甜字環境方面都要改善, 冷氣機滴水, 滴左落對面檯客人碗麵度..見到都唔開胃, 佢地都即走, 譚仔賺咁多, 應該整下佢, 否則變左趕客
