出名片皮鴨的中菜館,幾乎每枱都會訂。烤鴨即日烤,烤完即片,上枱時仍冒煙🔥鴨分三部分上,先有最脆的胸皮配沙糖就咁食特別香脆而且鴨油香濃。另外亦會片出胸肉同腿肉,傳統片皮鴨式配青瓜大蒜包住食。這裡除咗黃麵醬(味道近似海鮮醬)會提供蒜泥,加了全部包住食又好夾好好味,喜歡蒜的朋友會非常喜歡。鴨皮油脂豐富味道較香,鴨肉味肉就唔太突出。值得一讚是包皮非常薄又煙韌不易穿,很出色!東莞特色菜中生啫白鱔很不錯,白鱔入味山椒微辣加入大量香茅,與別不同好惹味。鹹蛋黃魚皮蝦球是邪惡之最,但真係超好食呢,鹹香十足魚皮極薄極香脆,蝦球新鮮彈牙。全晚最喜愛一定是焗美國珍寶蠔,熱鍋滾滾的上枱,珍寶蠔名不虛傳,超級大隻!超級肥美,好耐冇食過咁肥咁大隻蠔。邊位脆裡面肥美超正,醬汁有乾蔥缽酒超惹味,撈飯一流。
