To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這份Portuguese Octopus Confit in Moscatel Wine and Grilled, Kale and Potatoes燒葡萄牙八爪魚Moscatel甜酒配羽衣甘藍及馬鈴薯$280,是我吃過最好味的八爪魚,經Moscatel甜酒洗禮過再經慢煮方法炮的製八爪魚充滿少女的味道甜美可人,那軟滑而富彈性的質感更令人牙癢,配以法國薯仔及羽衣甘藍,實在超令人陶醉呢!

吃葡國菜必點的相信是Suckling pig slow roasted "à Bairrada" 葡式烤乳豬$290,選用兩個月大乳豬以Bairrada古法醃製一日再焗至皮脆肉嫩奉客,另附上用蒜頭、黑胡椒及肉汁製成醬汁共享,還伴以乳豬肝及葡式辣腸飯好味道又飽肚。

最後以選一客出色的Duck rice Lisboa style with chorizo and slow roasted pork belly招牌葡式焗鴨飯$210,採用新鮮鴨骨熬製湯汁,將之烹調米飯令飯充滿鴨香,手撕鴨肉藏於米層中再將烤至表面金黃微脆,吃一口飯粒透徹的吸收鴨肉精華香口非常,高層次的烹調手法令鴨飯的光芒發揮得淋漓盡致。

吃過精彩萬分的主菜到甜品時間,亦深深擊中車媽媽的心因為是菠蘿喔!Pineapple Raviolis菠蘿薄片配開心果海綿蛋糕$85,透薄的菠蘿包裹著開心果海綿蛋糕,連同雜莓跟薄荷葉放入口中那份滿足難以形容,最終我足足吃了三件之多啊~

接著最後選有Tigelada葡式軟蛋餅$80,這是葡萄牙傳統獨有的葡式軟蛋糕,蛋餅由麵粉、牛奶、蛋黃和雲呢拿調製再用砂煲在焗爐烹調而成,蛋餅質感如布甸般軟熟味道香甜十分可口,伴以雲呢拿同吃冷熱交鋒的滋味確吸引!這夜我真的吃得很愜意,以後葡菜癮起不須過大海也可盡享葡國美食了!
