To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過大家樂，見到佢哋新推出嘅素食套餐「葡汁素魚柳焗飯」，好奇心驅使之下就入咗去試吓。點咗呢款飯之後，好快就上枱。賣相方面，焗飯表面金黃香口，上面放左兩塊好大既嘅素魚柳，睇起嚟真係好吸引。第一啖食落口，真係好驚喜！個葡汁好香，酸酸甜甜，同素魚柳嘅味道好夾。素魚柳嘅口感同真魚柳好似，啖啖肉，而且仲好入味。焗飯嘅飯底仲好軟熟，撈埋啲葡汁同素魚柳一齊食，真係好正！我個人比較少食洋蔥，所以食咗啖之後就挑走咗啲洋蔥。如果鍾意食洋蔥嘅朋友仔，就應該會更加鍾意呢款飯。份量方面，我覺得都幾多，畀我嘅話分兩餐食都冇問題。
