To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過大家樂,見到佢哋新推出嘅素食套餐「葡汁素魚柳焗飯」,好奇心驅使之下就入咗去試吓。點咗呢款飯之後,好快就上枱。賣相方面,焗飯表面金黃香口,上面放左兩塊好大既嘅素魚柳,睇起嚟真係好吸引。第一啖食落口,真係好驚喜!個葡汁好香,酸酸甜甜,同素魚柳嘅味道好夾。素魚柳嘅口感同真魚柳好似,啖啖肉,而且仲好入味。焗飯嘅飯底仲好軟熟,撈埋啲葡汁同素魚柳一齊食,真係好正!我個人比較少食洋蔥,所以食咗啖之後就挑走咗啲洋蔥。如果鍾意食洋蔥嘅朋友仔,就應該會更加鍾意呢款飯。份量方面,我覺得都幾多,畀我嘅話分兩餐食都冇問題。

今次食左個好耐之前食過既香芋葡汁焗雞皇飯, 等左好耐佢再出番, 幾個月前食過一次, 覺得幾好食, 想再食點知冇再出, 可能佢係間唔中會換款, 所以格幾個月再出番黎, 今日見到唔執輸即刻叫, 雖然佢話香芋, 但係唔係好食到香芋味, 感覺係比較杰身既CREAM SAUCE 加炒飯底, 雞都好JUICY, 個味道真係好唔錯, 42蚊一個飯,咁既時勢真係物超所值。

今日朝早去咗香港站F出口嘅大家樂買咗早餐 好耐冇食過,好抵食!今日我就揀咗吉列魚柳煎雙蛋蘿蔔糕同埋加多個雪菜肉絲米粉 另外加多杯熱檸水!好耐冇食過大家樂嘅吉列魚柳,比我想像中大塊,炸粉亦都唔會太厚,魚柳炸得幾脆身幾好食,加埋佢本身嘅沙律醬,味道非常夾,對我嚟講都非常有驚喜 蘿蔔糕就不過不失,不過勝在夠大件,中間亦都食到蘿蔔絲,早餐都好少有地方可以轉蘿蔔糕 雪菜肉絲米都比我想去中大份,我就費事啲米粉林晒,所以分咗湯,味道中規中矩,亦唔會太差 最後飲埋杯熱檸茶非常滿足
