To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Garlic octopus 好香蒜味,蒜蓉同八爪魚比例1比1 ,喜歡蒜蓉的不要錯過!加上有用辣椒提香,有淡淡辣香,過癮但依然能嘗到鮮味Codfish Cakes 魚餅雖然炸成餅形狀但內裡魚肉並沒有過分絞碎,保留了codfish的魚質,令人一口接一口繼續想吃。Portuguese Chorizo 是期待已久嘅葡萄牙臘腸!比起港式臘腸,葡萄牙臘腸更為濃烈嘅臘腸味,但更瘦更少油!因為chorizo本來偏鹹,份量適中,淺嘗剛好Grilled SeaBass 魚滑身,魚味濃郁。但醬汁採用忌廉調味,有一點影響了seabass該有但鮮甜,整體不過不失Piri-piri chicken 為重點推介,過往經驗通常大雞煮完 雞胸會比較乾同口淡,但這個piri piri chicken非常嫩 由雞脾到落雞胸!雞肉帶有兩種食法,第一就正常吃,雞肉本身有微調味道,不會覺得淡口。第二可以加配自家製醬汁令到雞肉更能食出第二種味道!醬汁本身偏重味,會覆蓋雞肉本身嘅甘甜鮮味,主要食出醬汁嘅心思。我個人建議兩種食法互換著食,能夠帶出雙重享受!
