To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去客戶店舖途中，在葵芳葵豐街光顧惠顧了位於隧道出口左面的利口坊食堂。午飯時候多人，附近工作的人坐得有點滿的，還好不用等候。點了一下是日精選的客飯，有兩個餸菜。看到有很久沒見到的釀青椒。份量得二件，少了一點，但是味道算不錯，也點了咖哩魚柳，咖哩還有少少甜味。一個中式的豉汁和另外一個日式咖哩，點了才發現兩個味道不是太匹配，但算好吃。在餐廳進食附送了一個中式例湯，點了一杯凍檸檬茶，加三元，結帳53元，算是現在普遍的香港消費。
