To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係一間食羊肉嘅蒙古菜館，本身去之前就好期待呢間餐廳，因為我未食過蒙古嘢🤣再加上我都幾鍾意食羊，今日終於嚟一試乾坤。涼拌羊肉🥒 $68呢個好好食好重蒜味，而且羊肉都比得幾多，必叫之選👍🏻羊肉炒飯🍚 $78好有鑊氣，炒飯粒粒分明，乾身唔會太油膩。爆炒羊雜飯 $68我係一個好中意內臟嘅人，呢碟嘢各種唔同嘅部位都有，幾特別！羊肉煎餃🥟 $68即叫即煎大大隻，一咬開會爆汁，建議攤凍啲先食🤓蟲草花羊排湯🥣 $68呢個湯滋潤補肺，適合男仔飲，但女仔都飲得㗎🤣飲完成個人暖晒，冬天飲一定仲正！
