呢個秋冬都冇食過煲仔飯, 難得有一日可以早到西環, 可以唔洗排隊食到人氣米芝蓮推介嘅煲仔飯,之前食過一次最難忘都係蒜蓉粉絲蒸娃娃菜, 今次當然要encore鵪鶉蛋燒賣 - 製作煲仔飯需時, 食住點心等就最適合, 個人幾欣賞用燒賣皮包住粒鵪鶉蛋, 而唔係放係最面, 可惜呢家節省成本工場製作, 傳統點心越嚟越少蒜蓉粉絲蒸娃娃菜 - 娃娃菜上面鋪滿粉絲同金銀蒜, 娃娃菜清甜, 蒜蓉香濃惹味, 粉絲索哂精華, 個人必食推薦白鱔黃鱔滑雞煲仔飯 - 貪心要咗3個餸, 本身好鍾意白鱔同黃鱔, 加埋滑雞嘅雞油更香糯, 上枱自己加偏甜豉油再焗半分鐘就可以, 直接剷底都有香口飯焦, 難怪入選米芝蓮推介長期人氣
