平時同屋企人打邊爐就多 但係佢地未試過蒸氣鍋 所以今次就同佢地食下首先個侍應幫我地準備個粥底先 個粥底係由大量薏米瘦肉同埋南瓜🎃煮成架 個粥係最尾先食既 所以而家講返第一樣野食先啦〰️黑蒜豚肉丸〰️呢個係我地第一樣食既野 由於係豬肉丸所以要蒸5分鐘 同平時打邊爐既感覺完全唔同 咁樣蒸唔會‘實的的’咁 肉質仍然保持嫩口〰️游水生蝦及白蜆〰️D蜆咁樣蒸法既味道特別鮮甜 我食左好多隻😂〰️陳皮蒸八頭鮮鮑魚〰️陳皮味十足 有咬口但係又唔韌〰️紅棗雲耳蒸走地雞〰️坦白講 雖然有咁多配料(蕃薯🍠南瓜🎃粟米 芋頭)但係個雞都係冇味既 只係覺得個雞肉冇平時既咁鞋 〰️蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝〰️〰️安格斯肥牛〰️〰️沙巴龍躉〰️呢條魚係我覺得最好味既 蒸既時間係6分鐘 蒸完即刻食 肉鮮嫩口鮮甜 而且啖啖肉 唔係太多骨 正呀〰️日式刺身拼盆〰️呢個係套餐係包埋既 個帶子同蝦好鮮甜 〰️瑤柱咸排骨粥〰️呢碗粥就係一開始侍應整個煲啦 佢簡直係吸收晒頭先咁多樣野既精華 所以個味係有d複雜 我第一次食用薏米煲既粥 估唔到佢地可以煲到好綿 同埋個感覺下火d 冇咁熱氣😂
