To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近公司同事向我推薦有間食蒸氣鍋好抵食,但一睇張相是「真味鮮廚」本想想約屋企附近的朋友仔食,但港島區都沒有「真味鮮廚」,見佢係海港集團旗下的食肆咪去問吓會唔會佢哋都有得食呢!一問咁啱屋企附近嗰間由19/9起真係有得食,咁當然即時留位星期一來食啦!仲要講明是要食呢個蒸氣鍋套餐。之後聽到有人講話星期日都有留位但就唔比留呢個餐,可能是星期日關係所以無得預留特價餐,話先到先得。嗰日啲食物基本上都好新鮮蝦、花甲、蟹、牛就咁蒸已經好鮮甜聖子及扇貝配以蒜蓉好入味鮑魚用上老陳皮白鱔以豆豉調味最後個粥底因為吸收晒全晚的精華所以都好香好甜唯一要挑剔的可以說是當晚的蝦滑食落有啲霉
