蒸海鮮@太子上星期見呢道新開張,有成八種海鮮都係每人 $238 再七折,就同咗屋企人嚟食蒸海鮮。啲嘢質素都幾好,服務仲無得彈𠻹,呢道嘅蒸鍋係有計時,侍應一聽到個鍋響就會過嚟分海鮮,完全唔使自己動手又唔會 overcook前菜竟然係鮑魚同花膠,會唔會太勁?一人仲有一盅老火湯,湯料好足,好滋潤~每樣海鮮都可以自選醬料去蒸,同埋側邊都會配一啲時蔬。龍躉腩清清哋已經足夠,因為魚肉好鮮甜,而且勁滑!生蠔好飽滿,蒸完都無縮到好細,仲係大大隻,今次就伴咗荷蘭豆。貴妃蚌用咗蒜蓉粉絲去蒸,好惹味 啲蝦開完邊每邊都幾大,揀咗用蒜蓉去蒸,蒸蝦香口又好彈牙!奄仔蟹爆哂膏,真係好吸引~ 隻蟹望落唔大,但蟹肉食落原來都幾多,非常鮮味。連龍蝦箝都好巨型,可以成條肉叉出嚟食好霸氣 龍蝦肉好結實,好食~睇 menu 嗰陣都唔係好 picture 點樣鮮魷蒸腸粉,不過撈埋啲甜醬麻醬又幾好味,好似魔性咁搞到我食唔停 到最後仲有個荷葉蒸飯,成盤盤菜咁豐富,真係食到飽飽~甜品黑糖冰涼粉係透明㗎,屋企人話係倫哥版水信玄餅,笑死 呢個冰涼粉清甜冰凍,好消滯。
