To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚匆匆忙忙咁食少少o野填飽個肚就算... 最緊要快...路過太興, 見到有小菜食... 都好喎...芥蘭苗炒爉味--叫咗少油, 都係閃令令... 味道都OK嘅, 係D爉味切得細粒到離奇囉...梅菜冬菇木耳蒸雞--7成以上嘅雞係骨同皮, 可以食嘅肉得4片, 望住佢個咁大嘅碟, 實在有點火... 西蘭花同木耳都冇味嘅, 唯有點D甜豉油o黎食...鹹檸水--好難飲... 其實我地想飲中湯, 可惜賣晒, 先唯有轉飲品...原本叫2個套餐, 冇中湯所以決定轉1個套餐... 經理竟然拎2個白飯o黎, 我話轉1個套餐咋喎, 經理仲問即係食1個飯咋?? (係呀!!!)經理同收銀講CANCEL 1個白飯, 結果張單又係2個白飯, 我把幾火自己用原字筆畫呀畫, 改番做1個白飯... 如果唔係, 埋單時可能又夾硬收我地2碗飯錢...比大半碟雞骨我食, 比杯咁嘅飲品我飲, 咁都要70蚊1個人... 未免太過咩咩咩啦... 唉... 我下次會睇路行o架啦...

經理同收銀講CANCEL 1個白飯, 結果張單又係2個白飯, 我把幾火自己用原字筆畫呀畫, 改番做1個白飯... 如果唔係, 埋單時可能又夾硬收我地2碗飯錢...
