To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳之前都睇過雜誌介紹,又聽我媽講過話「唔錯」,終於今日有機會入去試下,我都幾期待佢可以有幾好食😍我地今日一行四人,2大2小,大約6點鐘剛剛開始晚市時入去間餐廳,當時基本上得幾枱客,唔洗等。由於我有架bb車,店員安排我收好車後放係出面。本身安排我地坐中間枱,緊係唔得啦!小朋友又走黎走去,又坐得唔舒服😖我都心諗,有小朋友點解唔安排卡位,雖則協商後都俾左近街卡位我地,對於佢本身的安排都幾O咀😧我媽媽話,原來佢地卡位多數留俾熟客⋯⋯間餐廳最出名的係原條魚上的米線🍜不過考慮到驚肚餓的問題,所以最終都係叫左個套餐,包括2盅燉湯,1小菜,1條魚同埋2碗白飯。我地叫左無花果南北杏燉鷓鴣同埋花旗蔘絲燉老雞鷓鴣湯比較有南北杏味,味道都清清地,肉渣仍有小小甜,有原粒細無花果。佢黎錯左響螺燉老雞,呢個湯唔得,好淡味,有幾片小響螺片,但感覺無咩雞味,似加左雞精的水。對比下鷓鴣湯出色小小。小菜叫左蘿蔔牛腩蘿蔔炆得唔夠淋唔夠入味,不過勝在唔老,食落無渣。牛腩都不過不失,加左桔皮去煮,唔夠陳皮咁香。另外+$4可轉菜飯,都唔錯啦,呢個小碗係一半分量,菜飯的份量都好夠👍🏻我最期待的豉汁蒸左口魚🐟由於我電話無電🙄所以

由於我電話無電🙄所以我媽媽影到無頭無尾咁🙄呢個真係做得唔錯!即叫即蒸,夠鮮味,配埋豉汁又好惹味,左口魚的肉質又比較滑溜,我個仔都話好好味😋😋就係呢條魚,令我對間餐廳🍴的評分一下子高左好多!!

佢價錢真係唔貴又親民,所以我地坐低無耐,間餐廳就已經好多人,雖然我地坐左好耐,但店員又無催我地走👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻有機會的話,午市試埋佢的原條魚的魚湯米線都好⋯
