To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日與友人相約早上飲茶,因為星期日既關係人喜超多,不過可以網上取票號,不錯。九點半左右取號後,結果要等到差不多十二點先入座,早茶變埋午市了內在環境都算大,可能臨近中秋節多人飲茶、加上星期日既關係英美心皇宮既特式當然就係仲有點心車啦因為太肚餓既關係拿拿臨睇下姐姐推既點心車車有咩食一來叫左個《排骨蒸粉皮》排骨全部都係半肥瘦,肉質好嫩好正排骨底放滿滿的粉皮,又滑又彈,推介之選之後未見到有燒賣,見到車仔有《鵪鶉蛋燒賣》,所以照殺本人本身都食鵪鶉蛋燒賣吾算大粒,但蝦同豬肉都好大舊好好味蒸得剛好之後見到有炸物推過,有《炸蟹球》可能放左太耐係車到,已經吾熱,蟹球仲好散,無心感又吾夠彈牙友人叫既《煎蘿蔔糕》吾夠厚身又煎得吾夠香,好一般又來個蒸《牛肉球》牛肉球算大粒,夠彈口,不錯終於見到有我至愛《鹹水角》點知又係放左好耐既感覺,入口「淋吱吱」,一點不香脆,仲要凍冰冰尼個《酥炸鮮奶包》小點 ,因為即炸都等左好耐,有廿分鐘以上,滿心期待點知又吾算好香口,不過鮮奶有流心係淡左小小,不過個包似炸饅頭最後一道係廚既《風沙豆腐粒》大點點知滿心等左有廿幾分鐘,又係暖暖地而且吾係香口似食緊淋豆腐。食過第2間分店炸野好正
