今日同朋友一齊探下中環高質法國餐廳,係有意外驚喜~入面有獨立紅酒專區同bar區,識岩酒仲可以帶番去飲,員工都係外國人,nice又貼心。餐前酒:CHARLES ORBAN CARTE朋友點了一杯champagne,以柑橘水果的香甜為主。餐包有三款可以選擇,貼心端過來比妳自己選擇。SMOKED SALMON 炭火熏製過的風味更佳,鮮鹹透著淡淡煙燻味COTE DE VEAU PANNE用香料提前醃製,再炸至金黃外皮,酥脆而肉質香嫩迷人。完全冇羶味,係愛上尼道菜既原因。LAYER POTATO像甜品一樣既外型,未食以為係甜品,食一啖先發現係薯仔,而且係炸到脆香,一層層既感覺就好讓人以為唔係食緊薯仔~GRATIN DAUPHINOISE焗薯仔上面鋪滿芝士,而薯仔好綿密。兩個薯仔烹飪方式唔同,但係都有驚喜。ROASTED CARROTSmini胡蘿蔔🥕係法餐必點菜,配上自家醬汁,面上仲有堅果碎,本身對紅蘿蔔麻麻既我都忍唔住食多幾條。今日又係開心既一日,可以揀到高質既餐廳,同一班朋友聚一齊。
