To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

商場終於開了新食店，新開餸料二送一，而且聽說蕃茄湯底不錯，所以今日返工前去品嘗一下。食店個鋪位好大，而座位坐得係好舒服。但係有些失望呢，我點了腩肉牛肉墨丸蕃茄湯底米線，但當侍應將米線拎來時，見碗米線面有一撻蕃茄蓉，而不是完全蕃茄湯底，但仲要另加$2，心想不是嘛？難道呢撻蕃茄蓉是值$2😅所以這裡有些失望因為新店餸料二送一，點左總共三個餸，腩肉幾爽下，肥瘦岩岩好，牛肉唔鞋，墨丸都幾有咬感，食到有啲啲墨魚粒👍🏻
