To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次經過聞到陣酸辣味,,而且出左個蕃茄湯底想試好耐今晚約埋朋友黎食;招牌辣腩肉酸辣湯底$38 (配菜仲有腐皮,酸菜,芽菜,韮菜)佢既腩肉唔太肥,但好好食;酸辣湯底由細食到大配菜超多,中學時期廿幾蚊碗食到而家出黎做野三十幾蚊碗就知通脹幾大,米線份量都小左,只係依然好味,KEEP到水準都難得既!!蕃茄春卷米線$40 好多地方都出蕃茄湯底既米線,南記都跟上潮流~哈食之前先飲一下個蕃茄湯底,好濃郁既蕃茄味喔!! 食食下搵到有豆腐卜,但就無酸辣湯底咁多配料而且蕃茄湯底貴少少佢地既辣醬超好多,可以無限添加
