Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

忽然間好想食烤魚，就見到呢一間米線餐廳就有雞煲或者烤魚食，我哋就一於去試吓烤魚有套餐揀，無奈入面有啲餸我哋係唔食，問過店員一面啲丸類又不可以轉其他款嘅丸類，牛肉唔可以轉做其他，唯有散叫吧🙁🙁🙁🙁烤魚呢有幾款味揀，不外乎係麻辣味，另有唔辣嘅選擇例如番茄或者與燒汁因為有朋友唔識辣，所以我哋叫咗番茄烤魚，但番茄味道唔算好濃，面頭鋪滿晒青椒紅椒洋蔥，雖然色彩繽紛，但總係覺得同蕃茄格格不入🙁🙁🙁
