To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無食大快活，今日收工行去淰住買個飯，見佢出左新野-白咖喱豬扒，就想試下。叫左白咖喱豬扒鴛鴦米，即係米粉加粉絲。返到屋企，一打開個盒，呆左。有無搞錯，46蚊一個餐，d豬扒，肉碎咁，咩事啊。仲要一攞起睇，薄過紙皮啊，炸粉仲厚過d肉，咩玩法啊。咁少咁薄嘅肉，真係難為炸嘅果個員工啦，咁考功夫，真係犀利啦。個飯應該叫做白咖喱豬肉碎喔，咁先貼切嘛。而且份量少到咁，應該正常人都唔會夠食嘅。味道就一般啦，好淡味。
