是日放工後約了三數友人 Happy Hour 聚餐,地點選了一間酒吧餐廳,既可品酒亦可飽吃一頓。餐廳地方不算很大,約有十餘張二人檯,吧檯及整製薄餅的廚房各據一旁,整體感覺 causal。另外,餐廳用餐環境不會過於嘈吵,方便閒談。店內亦無甚煙味,亦是可取之處之一。甫坐下先點飲料,因小弟不是好酒之士,只是格格不入地點了一杯橙汁。但作為好食好飲之徒,當然亦要趁機淺嚐大家單點的雞尾酒。Margarita 當中的 tequila 酒味不算強,加上青檸汁的清新酸香及杯邊的海鹽都有效降低酒精入口的烈度,屬口味輕盈之選。 Pisco Lemon 同樣用上檸檬汁製酒,不論酒香及酸感皆比 Margarita 重。 Amaretto Sour 口味比前兩隻特別,因當中混入帶杏香的 Amaretto ,輕嚐一口有點似吃杏仁豆腐的味道。至於那杯橙汁,因不是鮮榨貨式,當然有點失望。餐前小吃點了一客 Grilled Chicken Wings ,雞翼賣相都算飽滿,簡單以黑椒及海鹽調味,食感皮脆,香口多汁。另一前菜 Blue Mussel in Weiss Beer ,青口品種不算嫩口,味道淡身依賴醬汁給味。醬汁亮點
