薑汁撞奶,第一次吃義順是在澳門,當時覺驚喜,又濃又辣辣的薑汁撞上熱辣辣的奶,凝固後用匙一口一口像豆腐花般吃著,有滑溜溜的口感時又有奶香,同時亦有剌刺烈烈的薑汁味,吃完成個胃暖苙苙的。最近去佐敦時途經義順,一於吃番碗薑汁撞奶暖一暖,又可驅寒。薑汁撞奶一上枱,外觀雪白,軟滑度相同,但一吃就覺有些失望。點解? 因為味道差太遠了。奶味唔多亦唔多香,薑味亦唔多覺有,應有的辣辣薑味去咗邊,就是一個普通的燉奶而已。
