外賣燒臘向來都是加餸首選,陶園燒臘飯店開業超過半個世紀,曾經面臨結業但幸得熟客接手繼續經營。透過玻璃可見掛滿各式各樣燒味及滷味,富有光澤狀甚吸引。除了外賣之外當然亦可以選擇堂食,整體價格與坊間相若,而外賣飯盒或下午茶餐如燒鴨米粉或叉燒拉麵連飲品均不用四十元,更加划算。燒鵝 ($100) 標榜以荔枝柴燒製,鵝皮香脆並富油香,而鵝肉肉質結實細緻,肉味香濃且愈嚼愈香。叉燒 ($128/斤) 偏肥口感豐腴正合我意,鹹度適中並帶蜜汁甜味,色澤自然感覺上並無添加過多色素。
