To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日天氣晴朗，走入赤柱逛街，享受一下久違的陽光。在藍天與白雲的襯托下，來一個悠然自得的下午茶，真的沒有何求。橙酒班㦸班㦸薄透，像紙一樣，中間是朱古力餡，略兼搶味。橙酒汁非常香濃好味，還有一絲絲橙皮增加口感。雪糕球的冷，班戟的熱，冰火交融，層次豐富。熱情果特飲酸酸咪咪，熱情果味突出，是凊涼的飲料。建議加多些少不同生果粒增加嚼口感，整杯會變得精彩一點。有美食，有風景，有好天氣，今日享受了一個難得的愉快週末。
