To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間小店，好多時候都滿座，就知道實力都好強💪。今日終於都有位，可以一試藍帶滋味喇😊。地庫滿座，只得靠近門口嘅 Bar 枱位，都好丫😊。點知⋯⋯😓❗️睇過餐牌，食物種類都好多架，不過我都係最鍾意食魚🐠，蔬菜我又唔啱嘅，咁要雜菜湯都易啲入口啦😅。意大利麵包要加啲橄欖油同黑醋，我就最怕架喇🙊。條魚我問過，今日係咩魚🐠，不過我聽得唔太清楚，又唔想阻人做嘢，所以都唔知係咩魚😅。但係魚煎到啱啱好，一啲都唔乾👌，都夠 juicy 架👌，而且師傅係張條魚圈住一啲切條嘅蕃茄、黑欖果，再配啲好似肉醬嘅嘢，加埋啲汁，好味道呀😋，我就連啲配菜，有輕輕煎過嘅薯仔，粟米仔，同菜，清碟呀😱😅。最後飲杯凍嘅 cappuccino ，可以慢慢食多支煙就好啦🤣🤣🤣。整體好好架，係冷氣唔掂咋，小店已經加埋移動嘅冷氣機仔，但作用都唔大😓❗️
