To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳係藍帶廚師開的,夫妻檔咁經營,屬小店模式。聽聞比起一般藍帶餐廳,價錢比較相宜,而且見到有優惠,所以就book 咗枱。-閒日夜晚去食,餐廳俾咗一張位於地爐嘅枱我哋,眼見除咗我哋只有另一枱客,環境都幾舒服,有啲似舊式西餐廳,牆上有唔同嘅decoration, 嘢食未到,都可以欣賞吓啲擺設。-我們分別叫了沙律,雞翼,一個雜菌risotto, 同一個龍蝦fettuccine. 沙律同個包味道麻麻,我無食開沙律同法包,但就覺得法包太硬,我比較鍾意佢脆少少。個雞翼好好食,好食到雞翼達人都覺得好食,但係當睇返價錢,原來一隻要成三十蚊,佢頓然話都係食返日本family mart 算。個risotto 好有驚喜,啲飯完全處於熟同唔熟之間,好有口感,雜菌同個汁都好重菇味,而且個汁好結身,但又唔漏,真心覺得好好食。到我個個龍蝦闊麵,我食意粉都鐘意食闊啲嘅,尤其係有厚度個啲,睇圖都見到佢隻意粉隻黃色,比起一般唔一樣,我無考究過,我估呢個就係手作麵同機製造嘅最大分別。第一啖食個麵已經好鐘意,佢索哂啲龍蝦汁,同埋個種al dente, 個種質感同蛋味,真係無得輸。一向覺得煮意粉應該控制温度,坊間有啲外面涼涼地

個risotto 好有驚喜,啲飯完全處於熟同唔熟之間,好有口感,雜菌同個汁都好重菇味,而且個汁好結身,但又唔漏,真心覺得好好食。

到我個個龍蝦闊麵,我食意粉都鐘意食闊啲嘅,尤其係有厚度個啲,睇圖都見到佢隻意粉隻黃色,比起一般唔一樣,我無考究過,我估呢個就係手作麵同機製造嘅最大分別。第一啖食個麵已經好鐘意,佢索哂啲龍蝦汁,同埋個種al dente, 個種質感同蛋味,真係無得輸。一向覺得煮意粉應該控制温度,坊間有啲外面涼涼地,入面勁熱,完全fail, 通常當佢係hea 食就算。真正好食嘅意粉係,無論內同外都會恆温,even 食到中間都唔會la 嘴,呢個看似簡單但其實要好好控制温度嘅做法,唔知點解,香港嘅意粉都好少見到。仲未講個龍蝦,又爽又唔lum, 又彈牙,仲要有鮮甜嘅味道,食完覺得佢完全值呢個價錢。

呢間小店,我係極度推薦,佢啲risotto 同pasta, 都係必試嘅食物,食完一次你會明白藍帶廚師嘅分別,個fettuccine 食完會有幸福嘅感覺,點解,點解要俾我食到咁好食嘅意粉,以後我食唔返咁點算!!!!當晚唯一可惜嘅係,佢話芒果唔當造,暫時無咗芒果拿破崙,有士多啤梨拿破崙,但我就不了喇,留返俾你地去試。

作為藍帶餐廳,仲要佢個location 係中環,價錢竟然唔太貴,希望佢多啲客,一路做得住啦🙆🏿
