To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 藍田新開左間台式飲品店,聽講都好受歡迎,於是今日去匯景,都打算去試下。一行過去都幾多人排隊,睇Menu都算多選擇,就順便買埋朋友想飲嘅野飲。因為都叫左幾杯,大概等左15分鐘先拎到,以下部份我有試,部份係朋友評價:黑糖珍珠炭焙烏龍奶茶(全糖少冰、半糖少冰,$30):茶味香濃,朋友話即使係全糖都唔算超級甜;海鹽柚子梳打(少冰,$26):唔鍾意甜嘅好選擇,未減糖都唔太甜,鹹鹹地加上微酸嘅柚子味,梳打非常清新,好適合夏天飲;檸檬冬瓜茶(半糖,熱,$22):朋友話幾好飲;鮮奶草莓(無糖去冰,$30):螞蟻人之選,而唔鍾意甜嘅我以為叫無糖就無事,點知掛杯邊嘅士多啤梨醬真係超甜,自己就唔係好頂得順啦。
