To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

收工藍田晚飯簡單麵食，真係要來潮瀧園一試，粉面來講，真係又好食又抵食的。簡單一碗五香牛雜麵$32，成碗滿滿的都係牛雜，牛肚同牛肺等加上少少蔥花，賣相都超級吸引，真係豐富到不得了，原來加多$10 ，就可以點多碟綠油油的新鮮腐乳通菜，真係正到不得了啊個通菜，超級嫩口，平時少食菜既，呢度真係可以食多D。來得粉麵店，點少得飲返杯凍飲，來杯咖啡也不錯，加埋咁多野食，埋單都只係$50 剛剛好，食到飽飽仲要抵到不得了，真係要多d 幫襯先得。
