To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然住藍田,不過藍田既商場其實好少去直至近期壽司郎開左,幾次去啟田商場都係食壽司🍣呢日喺屋企休息吓,試下壽司郎隔離既泰國野下午茶。下午餐套餐有串燒、焗飯等,而吸引到我既係香茅炸雞脾,可以配薯條/炸豬皮($35)我地點左兩份,一份薯條,另一份當然要試下炸豬皮。炸雞脾應該係生炸既Order 左15分鐘有得食雞皮脆卜卜,咬落雞脾肉好juicy,唔會過火~炸豬皮更加炸至鬆脆,無絲毫硬既口感,正!! 好邪惡😈😈薯條都好脆口,有質感。配上即磨咖啡☕️輕食但滿足😋
