To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我今日約同好友去位於藍田啟田道50號啟田商場地下1081號舖的潮龍園食粉麵。傳統茶餐廳裝修，坐得舒服。我點左個五香牛雜河粉 $34，拼鳳城水餃（2隻）＋$8，餐飲係熱奶茶＋$4（跟餐）；好友點左個崩沙牛腩幼麵$48，拼鮮蝦雲吞（2隻）＋$8；餐飲係熱咖啡＋$4（跟餐）。五香牛雜的材料豐富，有牛肚、牛膀、牛肺、牛腸.... 等等，加左2隻大大鳳城水餃，口感豐富及美味，河粉份量不少，好飽！崩沙牛腩好軟腍入味，有咬囗👍👍，鮮蝦雲吞好味道；熱咖啡香濃，熱奶茶幼滑好飲。
